Look Up requests should be limited to one name or two surnames at most -- the AHGP will not tolerate any copyright violations. If a book is still protected by copyright, please do not ask for hardcopies to be mailed - volunteers have been asked not to comply with such requests. Lookup volunteers will provide the author, publisher's address and ordering information should the source prove useful to you in your research.

In your Subject Line or Message P-L-E-A-S-E provide the County where you would like the research performed -- many of our volunteers provide this service for multiple counties and it is 'guess and by gosh' if you don't let them know where you want them to look.

Oh, (ahem) and please thank your volunteer profusely for their assistance.
